Potato Flakes are cooked and dehydrated potatoes in a form of small flakes which easily re-hydrate when added to water (warm or cold). It is a natural product made from carefully selected, non-genetically modified potato varieties grown in Poland. Our Potato Flakes vary in particle size, colour and formulation - we are able to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers. We are one of the few producers able to guarantee low reducing sugar level all year round.
